These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website https://choicestrust.org/ and the mobile application known as the Choices App (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Services.

Choices Trust ("we," "us," "our") is the publisher of the book Choices and operates the 

website and the Choices App.

The website allows users to download books published by Choices Trust. Downloads are processed through an e-commerce system as free transactions.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when submitting your details for downloads.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel download access where information provided is false or misleading.

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the website in violation of any applicable law
   
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or databases
   
• Disrupt or interfere with the website’s operation
   
• Reproduce, distribute, or exploit content for commercial purposes without permission
   

The Choices App provides a chatbot experience based on the publication Choices.

You agree that:

• The chatbot provides informational and educational interaction only
   
• It does not provide professional, medical, legal, or financial advice
   
• You are responsible for how you interpret and use the information
   

We may modify or discontinue app features at any time without notice.

All content on the website and within the app, including but not limited to text, publications, chatbot responses, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of Choices Trust unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

Free downloads do not transfer ownership of intellectual property rights.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Choices Trust:

• Makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted or error-free access
   
• Does not guarantee that content is free of inaccuracies
   
• Is not liable for reliance placed on chatbot responses

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Choices Trust shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
   
• Loss of data
   
• Loss of profits
   
• Service interruptions
   

Your use of the Services is at your own risk.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services at our discretion if these Terms are violated.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe, without regard to conflict of law principles.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
